The Peterborough Recreation Department is offering another exercise for seniors....QiGong! This new program will run during the months of December and January...if we have enough interest, the program will continue after January.
QiGong:
Increases energy, strength and coordination
Improves body alignment and structure
Allows you ability to move with confidence and grace
Creates a sense of well-being while improving health and cognitive functions
Class is taught by David Rosen, a certified instructor.
Who: Anyone 50 years of age and older
When: Friday, 11am to noon, beginning December 2nd
Where: Peterborough Community Center
Cost: $7/session
